REMOTE SUPPORT
Clients who are on a monthly service agreement and have a high speed internet connect can be assisted immediately through Remote Support. Through a secure connection, remote support allows a technician to gain access to the client's computer and resolve issues while the client watches. Once the repairs are complete, the client can end the support session and the technician will no longer have access to their computer.
