How To Obtain Service

In-store Service – Worked performed at our store does not require an appointment. We work on a “first come, first served” basis. Expedited in-store service is available for an additional fee.
On-Site Service – To request a technician to go to your location requires an appointment, please call 252-338-5379. We can usually have a technician come on-site within 24 hours.
Remote Support - Remote support requires an appointment and a high speed internet connection, please call 252-338-5379. We can usually have a remote session scheduled for the same or next business day. See “Other Support Options” below for a description of what Remote Support is.

How Long Will It Take


Processing your computer through our store consists of two steps: Diagnosis and Repair.
Diagnosis – Diagnosis can take between 2 to 3 business days, but this can be shorter/longer depending on workloads and the nature of the problem.
Repair - After the diagnosis is approved we begin the repair which can take between 1 to 2 business days. Repairs requiring special ordered items may take longer to repair.

How Much Will It Cost

All in-store estimates are FREE. The time to fix and nature of the problem will determine how much the repair costs. We perform a full system diagnosis and present you with an estimate before we do any work.

Other Support Options

Remote Support - Remote technical support is support offered over a high speed internet connection. If you have a problem that you need fixed and you don't want to bring in your computer, we can try to fix it remotely. Simply call to schedule a time to speak with a technician, and they will have you download a small remote viewing program that will allow them to access your computer. Once the technician is finished, the program is removed and your computer not able to be viewed unless you download the application again.

Maintenance Agreements - Businesses have more important things to focus on than their IT environment. That's why we offer monthly maintenance agreements to keep your systems running optimally and keep you working. With a maintenance agreement you receive weekly monitoring of your server(s), a monthly block of service hours, and discounted hourly pricing. If interested please call and speak with one of our technicians.
